Responsibilities

• Work with partners and senior solicitors on a range of client matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and manage matters through to completion under appropriate supervision.
• Participate in client calls and meetings and build effective client relationships.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Keep up to date with relevant legal, regulatory and market developments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, business development and wider firm initiatives.
