Wingstop is opening a brand-new restaurant in Ireland. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you will help launch the store, set it up for success from day one, and work with the General Manager to build a high-energy team and strong operating routines.

You will own day-to-day operations, coach new starters, lead shifts, and ensure great food and fast service while embedding scalable processes and a vibrant culture. An energetic leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excited by launching new stores and leading teams from day one.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and adaptability to changing needs.
• Shows high energy, ownership mindset and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant opening and setup for a brand-new Wingstop.
• Lead and develop a brand-new team and onboarding processes.
• Drive performance and service standards across shifts.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building activities.
• Embed operational processes to ensure fast service and great food.
