The successful candidate will lead NMI activities, drive material qualification, and partner with multiple stakeholders across QA, regulatory, procurement, R&D, and operations in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy or science-related field.
• 4 years of experience in a supply chain or technical role in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong initiative and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP systems and regulatory/compliance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Manage change controls and supplier change notifications.
• Lead end-to-end new material introduction activities.
• Plan and execute material qualification to meet regulations and safety standards.
• Generate and review technical documentation for material approval.
• Ensure materials are introduced on site to support timely release.
• Interface with suppliers, procurement, R&D, process engineering, QA, regulatory and operations for NMI projects.
• Maintain approved materials list and qualified materials database.
• Drive corrective actions and preventive measures for material issues.
• Improve NMI & MQ processes on site.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to create value.
