Would you like to use AI-assisted development in your everyday work? GitHub Copilot is used responsibly to support coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation, with a strong focus on offloading mundane tasks and accelerating delivery (e.g. generating workflow APIs in ~30 minutes). They’re looking to understand your knowledge of AI, both within and outside of work, including your genuine, pragmatic opinions on how it should be used. This is their new way of working: they’re actively adopting these tools, building processes around them, and learning as they go. Collaboration is central, with pair and mob programming used to explore how AI can help generate UI concepts and interface code, prototype quickly, and reduce boilerplate on the backend.
They are looking for a minimum of 3 years of .NET experience. Couple with ASP.NET Core, API, SQL, Azure and ideally React, they will cross-train from another SPA.
You get to learn in this Modern Technical environment
Architecture: Monolith
Data : SQL Server(tables, relationships between the data types, models in the database and code itself), Entity Framework, T-SQL, data modelling, query optimisation
IDE: Visual Studio Enterprise 2026
Engineering workflow: GitHub, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, secure engineering practices
You’ll be working on both internal systems and a client-facing portal, so any awareness of enterprise-level security, particularly around authentication and authorisation, would be useful.
Any basic knowledge of concepts like OAuth, Entra ID, or identity flows is beneficial, and you’ll be supported in developing this further in the role.
