NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee MV/LV electrification projects across Ireland on a contract basis. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within power/electrification, with strong MV/LV knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver from inception to handover. A valid Irish work right is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' project management experience delivering MV and/or LV projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear and power distribution systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full Irish driving licence and existing right to work in Ireland.

• Lead cross-functional teams, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor progress, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while pursuing improvements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including method statements, risk assessments and handover packs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Drive a customer-focused culture and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery methodologies.
