Multitask Catering Attendant – Mullingar
Join a respected HSE healthcare facility in Mullingar as a Multitask Catering Attendant, supporting Kitchen, Dining Area and Canteen services. This role is essential in delivering nutritious meals with care and efficiency. Ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare or high-volume catering environments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and serving meals and beverages, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning utensils, equipment, and food prep areas.
  • Follow HACCP procedures and infection control protocols at all times.
  • Store, label, and rotate food correctly to maintain freshness and avoid waste.
  • Deliver meals to canteens and provide patient assistance during mealtimes.
  • Ensure canteen service is smooth, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Keep kitchen and canteen pantries stocked and ready for daily service.
  • Follow proper waste and recycling procedures.
  • Work closely with kitchen and canteen staff to ensure efficient food service.
Requirements
  • 6–12 months’ experience in catering or a high-volume kitchen, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Salary & Benefits

€17.53/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
Scheduled to work 5 days out of 7, including possible weekend shifts.
Fulltime Hours typically between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm.
