Qualifications

• Fluency in English or French or German is essential.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel required; Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process all inbound sales and reservations enquiries.
• Make and amend reservations, and confirm group reservations.
• Conduct sales research to assist the sales team in identifying new leads.
