Responsibilities

• Perform first-fix and second-fix carpentry works.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, windows, locks, skirting boards, architraves, partitions, and flooring.
• Fit kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, shelving, and other joinery items.
• Construct and repair timber structures.
• Carry out general building maintenance and repairs.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report defects and recommend repair solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-fix and second-fix carpentry works.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, windows, locks, skirting boards, architraves, partitions, and flooring.
• Fit kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, shelving, and other joinery items.
• Construct and repair timber structures.
• Carry out general building maintenance and repairs.
• Perform minor plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating where required.
• Replace damaged fixtures and fittings.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report defects and recommend repair solutions.
• Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and clients professionally.
