IVC Evidensia invites applications for a Practice Director to lead three established veterinary practices in County Westmeath. You will provide operational, financial, and people leadership, driving commercial performance, client care, and staff development across the network.

You will report to the Area Director and work with Clinical Directors, veterinary teams, and support functions to deliver sustainable growth and an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded leader with proven track record in multi-site environments.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Strong communication, engagement, and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead three established veterinary practices in County Westmeath.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and KPI monitoring across the region.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional functions to drive performance.
• Travel regularly between Athlone and Mullingar to lead locally and align with the wider network.
