Job summary

Sysco Ireland, Ireland's largest foodservice provider, is recruiting for Multi Drop Delivery Drivers (C Licence) to join our Newcastle West Depot and serve cafés, restaurants and bars across the Limerick region. You will deliver orders on multiple drops, maintain high service standards, handle paperwork and stay compliant with food safety rules.

A competitive package includes a €4,000 sign-on bonus and a subsistence allowance of €16.50 per qualifying day.

Qualifications

• Full Category C Driving Licence is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Card.
• Must have a digital tachograph card.
• Fluent English language skills essential (written and spoken).
• Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on time.
• Leadership skills.
• 1 year previous Multi Drop Delivery Experience is desirable.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Temperature controlled experience advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide Multi Drop Delivery to customers in the Limerick region and surrounding areas.
• Deliver orders on multiple drops, accurately and on time with excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries where possible.
• Check and complete all invoices and paperwork on time and within specification.
• Complete daily checks on vehicles and loads.
• Adhere to Basic Food Safety requirements.
• Build excellent customer relationships.
• Work efficiently, proactively and health and safety conscious in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet or exceed established accuracy levels.
• Report damages, accidents and issues relating to Food Safety.

Key Accountabilities

• To provide Multi Drop Delivery to customers in the Limerick region and surrounding areas.
• To deliver our customer's orders on multiple drops, accurately and on time whilst providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries wherever possible.
• To check and complete all invoices and paperwork on time and within specification
• To complete daily checks on your vehicles and load
