Job summary

Sysco Ireland in Sligo is recruiting for Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to join our depot team. You will deliver orders across the Sligo region and surrounding areas, providing friendly, on-time service to cafés, restaurants and bars.

The role offers a salary of €43,369.66 per year, plus tax-free subsistence of €16.50 on qualifying days and a sign-on bonus of €4,000. Essential criteria include a full Category C licence, CPC card, tachograph card and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Full Category C driving licence is essential.
• CPC Card and tachograph card are required.
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Good organisational and prioritising skills.
• Leadership skills are beneficial.
• 1 year of multi-drop delivery experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of the local area is advantageous.
• Experience with temperature-controlled deliveries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-drop delivery to customers in the Sligo region and surrounding areas.
• Deliver customer orders on time and with excellent service.
• Resolve customer queries wherever possible.
• Check and complete invoices and paperwork on time and to specification.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and load checks.
• Adhere to Basic Food Safety requirements.
• Build excellent customer relationships.
• Work efficiently, proactively and maintain health and safety in a fast-paced environment.
