A leading technology firm in Dublin is seeking a Multi Channel Quality Expert Reviewer with fluent German skills. About the Role
We are looking for meticulous, proactive, and culturally aware Multi Channel Quality Expert Reviewers to join our Dublin City Centre team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-impact role supporting global content and risk operations for one of the worlds leading technology companies. You will be key in ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to policy across complex workflows in content moderation, ID verification, and escalations.
This is a fully onsite role in Dublin, requiring focus and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Please note: No holiday or time-off requests will be approved within the first 8 weeks to allow for comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
As a Multi Channel Quality Expert Reviewer, you will:
1. Support Global Operations Workflows:
Credible threats of violence or organized crime
Self-harm or suicide promotion
Fraud, theft, vandalism, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
Privacy violations, impersonation, or misrepresentation
Hate speech, bullying, phishing, spam, malware
Child exploitation, nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation
Conduct ID verification and access flow checks.
Handle escalations according to policy and workflow standards.
2. Collaborate with Specialized Operations Teams:
Support content moderation for HERO (viral/meme content) and DOI (Dangerous Organizations) workflows.
Apply cultural and regional awareness to ensure nuanced policy decisions.
3. Ensure Excellence in Quality:
Follow global policy guidelines with precision and attention to detail.
Provide feedback and insights to improve operational workflows.
