Job description

The business operates diagnostic imaging and minor injuries centres’ around the country, offering a broad range of cutting‑edge imaging technology and healthcare services to the public, insurers, employers and other organisations.

We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer for our Northside Dublin Clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high‑quality diagnostic imaging services in a safe and compliant MRI environment. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in patient care, technical expertise, and service development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assess routine and complex MRI scans with a focus on image quality and patient safety.
• Use clinical judgment to differentiate between normal and pathological findings and optimise scan parameters accordingly.
• Ensure MRI safety compliance, including SAR and RF deposition guidelines.
• Manage equipment operations, scheduling, maintenance and reporting of technical issues.
• Maintain patient‑centred care, ensuring informed consent and comfort throughout the scanning process.
• Collaborate with clinical leads and provide support across radiology departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure informed patient consent and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent recognised qualification.
• CORU Registration (mandatory).
• 3‑5+ years post‑graduation experience in MRI.
