Job summary

Langs Garage in Carrigallen, Co. Leitrim, is seeking a Motor Mechanic / Motor Technician for a full-time, permanent role. The position offers a minimum gross annual salary of €36,605 and requires a solid track record in servicing and repairing vehicles.

Duties include servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across all makes and models, with a focus on quality and safety. Minimum 2 years' experience and a relevant qualification preferred; third-year apprentices will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work related experience.
• A relevant motor mechanic qualification is preferred; applicants who have reached at least the third year of a motor mechanic apprenticeship will also be considered.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Diagnostic experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good timekeeping, communication and customer service skills.
