Job summary

Synergy Security, based in the Dublin area, seeks a Mobile Patrol Driver. The role is permanent with a schedule covering weekdays, weekends and nights, offering a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for progression.

The candidate will perform patrols, respond to alarms, manage incidents and support ongoing operations within a mobile patrol division.

Qualifications

Full EU driving licence with zero points.
Ability to drive a manual vehicle.
Basic Security Authority (PSA) license.
Minimum 6 months driving experience in Ireland.
English communication (oral & written) - B2 or higher.
Valid work permit / visa where applicable.
Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

Patrol Premises across assigned areas.
Respond to alarms promptly.
Open and close premises as required.
Manage incidents and escalation.
Coordinate operational deployment.
Supervise employees where applicable.
Manage workload efficiently.
Communicate with staff and clients.

Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends/Nights

Role Type: Permanent

Rate: €16.91 per hour

Premises Patrols
Alarm Response
Premises Open & Close
Incident Management & Escalation
Operational Deployment
Employee Supervision
Managing workload effectively
Communicating with employees & clients

Requirements;

Full EU Driving Licence (0 Points / Insurance Claims)
Ability to drive a manual vehicle
Basic Security Authority License- Static, PSA license
Minimum 6 months driving experience within Ireland
English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
Basic IT Skills

General Requirements;

Ability to conduct a shift-based roster schedule
Availability for both weekdays & weekends shift schedule
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work off own initiative
