Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 of the QQI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.
• Demonstrable a high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
• Minimum 3+ years’ post qualification experience.
• Proven ability of delivering Electrical Services / Maintenance.
• Clean Driving Licence.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
• Good IT Skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical maintenance services to high-profile clients as part of a mobile maintenance team.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Carry out electrical installation work including Cable Containment, Cable Pulling, Glanding, Terminating, Earthing, Lights and Power Systems.
• Make decisions based on technical drawings and documents.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a pivotal role as part of our mobile maintenance team across our portfolio of prestigious clients. This role would suit electricians or technicians who are looking for a permanent role with a company that can provide stable long-term work in safety-orientated environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a team to provide electrical maintenance services to high-profile clients.
• Adhere to safety standards and I.S. 10101 National Rules for Electrical Installations regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures, using hand and power tools.
• Electrical installation work includes but not limited to, Cable Containment, Cable Pulling, Glanding, Terminating, Earthing, Light and Power Systems.
• Making decisions based on technical drawings and documents.
  
  

This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to healthcare, construction and facilities services. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve.
