Qualifications

• PhD in CS/related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong ML and DL foundations.
• Proficient Python with NumPy and PyTorch.
• Experience designing ML prototypes for research.
• Knowledge of parallel computing for Python and GPU acceleration.
• Data engineering and SQL experience.
• Linux OS and shell scripting.
• Git and issue-tracking familiarity.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI research prototypes for the life sciences.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate experiments into prototypes.
• Develop ML models for de novo molecule generation and property prediction.
• Design DL architectures for molecular generation and optimization.
• Work with multi-omics data and data ingestion pipelines.
