Midwife Opportunity in Cork, Ireland – HSE Hospitals (January 2026 Onwards)

Nutrix Medical is delighted to partner with a leading healthcare agency in Ireland to recruit skilled and dedicated Midwives for ongoing roles within HSE hospitals across Cork. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to advance your midwifery career while experiencing life and practice within Ireland’s public healthcare system.

We provide full support throughout the relocation process, including guidance with NMBI registration, help towards accommodation, and full assistance with settling into your new role and community.

Roles Available:

We are currently seeking qualified Midwives for a range of maternity and women’s health settings within Cork’s HSE hospitals, including:

  • Antenatal and Postnatal wards
  • Labour and Delivery suites
  • Community Midwifery services (where applicable)
  • Maternity assessment units
  • Neonatal transitional care (midwifery-supported areas)
Role Requirements:
  • Valid Midwifery qualification and registration in your current country of practice
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maternity or midwifery setting
  • Willingness to work a mixture of day and night shifts
  • Valid driving licence (beneficial for community or multi-site roles)
  • Willingness to complete NMBI registration (fee reimbursed after 20 shifts)
