Job summary

HERO Recruitment partners with a growing manufacturer in Ireland to find a Microbiologist who will build a career spanning microbiology and quality assurance in a regulated GMP environment.

You will conduct cleanroom and environmental monitoring, perform bioburden and water microbiology testing, support batch record reviews, NCRs, CAPAs and deviations, and liaise with external labs. Degree in Microbiology and 1–3 years’ lab/QA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microbiology or related Life Science discipline.
• 1–3 years' relevant lab or QA experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cleanroom and environmental monitoring.
• Perform bioburden, water microbiology and LAL/endotoxin testing.
• Support batch record reviews, NCRs, CAPAs and deviations.
• Liaise with external labs and calibration providers.
