Business Platforms Inc. Cork, Ireland, is seeking a MES Engineer with extensive GxP and PAS/X expertise. The role involves aligning business processes with MBR design, creating test protocols, and supporting end users across client sites.

You will work within a Hybrid model, contributing to multiple MES projects, with opportunities for professional growth and engagement with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5 -10 years’ experience in GxP Manufacturing within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industries.
• 5 -10 years’ experience in PAS/X projects involving MBR/Recipe design and qualification.
• Align client business process requirements with MBR technical design and participate in design review workshops.
• MBR/Recipe test protocol design and execution per GxP regulations.
• MES Master data configuration and documentation.
• Authoring and revision of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Experience training and supporting MBR/Recipe end users and improving site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Align client process requirements with MBR design and participate in design reviews.
• Design and execute MBR/Recipe test protocols per GxP.
• Configure MES master data and document configurations.
• Author and revise SOPs related to MES deployments.
• Train end users and support site procedures post go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and report to the Project Manager to meet milestones.

Requirements of a Business Platforms MES Engineer:

• 5 -10 years’ experience in GxP Manufacturing is required within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Industries.
• 5 -10 years’ experience in PAS/X projects involving MBR/Recipe design and qualification.
• Demonstrate experience of aligning the client business process requirements with the MBR (Master Batch Records) technical design, participating in design review workshops, to ensure a successful project.
• MBR/Recipe test protocol design and execution is required based on GxP regulations.
• MES System Master data configuration and documentation.
• Authoring and revision of applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Experience of training and supporting MBR/Recipe end users and improving site procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required, strong verbal, digital and written communication skills
• An enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Team player, working with cross functional stakeholders, reporting to the client Project Manager (PM), ensuring milestone deliverables are met throughout.

Education:

• Hold a minimum of an Honours Level 8 degree in a Technical/Science/Engineering/ Business Information Systems discipline
• Certification in Emerson Syncade or Korber PAS/X is an advantage.
