Job summary

PJ Hegarty & Sons is seeking an MEP Coordinator to join a major project in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a relevant qualification. Responsibilities include coordinating all phases of MEP Services, managing information flow between teams, ensuring compliance with specifications, and updating project teams on progress. Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the MEP Services.
• Fully engaged in Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing, Commissioning & Verification.
• Co-ordinate Design Team information & Technical Submittals in line with the Project Schedule.
• Track and Manage the flow of information between the Design Team and Specialist Subcontractors.
• Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables.
• Monitor installations to ensure checks are completed as per specifications.
• Chair Co-Ordination Meetings for all MEP Contractors.
• Provide Project Teams with updates on MEP installation weekly.
• Ensure that MEP works comply with Health and Safety Standards.

Skills

Excellent IT skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite

Ability to navigate BIM Models

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Good planning and organisation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent time management skills

Relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
