Zusammenfassung

Sacyr UK and Ireland is delivering a high-profile MEP-focused construction project at Dublin Airport. The Construction Engineer - MEP will manage planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical and public-health packages across design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

You will lead technical coordination, supervise subcontractors, manage interfaces with civil and airport operations, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and project standards

Qualifikationen

• Formal qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or Construction Engineering, or equivalent.
• Site-based experience delivering M&E or building-services works on complex projects.
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, design coordination, submittals, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate M&E works, ensuring labour, materials, plant, access, permits and predecessor activities are available before work starts.
• Prepare short-term work plans and installation priorities aligned with the project programme.
• Coordinate M&E activities with other disciplines to prevent clashes and disruption.
• Monitor progress, maintain site records, and raise risks with recovery actions.
• Provide technical direction to subcontractors and ensure drawings and specs are used.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, handover documentation and evidence.
