Job summary

The Health Service Executive (HSE) Dublin and South East Region is seeking a Staff Nurse for Mental Health to join the Kilkenny, Wicklow, Waterford, Wexford, and Dublin South East services. This permanent, full-time role supports adult and older adult mental health services, with opportunities across inpatient and community settings.

Qualifications

• Adult / Older Adult / Psychiatry of Later Life Services / Intellectual Disability (with Mental Health diagnosis)
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and experience across a wide range of disorders and dysfunctions and the management and care across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Inpatients care across diverse units.
• Continuing Care management and monitoring.
• Rehabilitation support and discharge planning.
• Managing Complex Behaviours with safety planning.
• Security & Risk assessment and incident prevention.
• Self Harm prevention and intervention planning.
