Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification up to MSc or PhD in social science, psychology, education or related discipline on a topic relevant to medical education evaluation.
• 2+ years relevant research experience.
• Understanding of operational requirements for a successful research project.
• Excellent quantitative analytic skills with SPSS or GraphPad Prism.
• Knowledge of qualitative research methods and data management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research initiatives under RCPI's strategic initiatives, focusing on medical education and aligned to RCPI strategy.
• Design studies, collect data, and report on departmental surveys.
• Support research activity within the college and collaborate on projects.
• Coordinate and report findings to senior leadership and external partners.
