Job summary

Steripack, Mullingar, is seeking Production Operators for an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for permanent hire. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, in a regulated environment and receive a competitive hourly rate.

Assemble, inspect and package medical device components, following GMP and safety requirements, with training and career growth in a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay focused.
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on production or assembly experience.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and package medical device components to the highest quality standards.
• Work in a cleanroom environment following GMP, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow detailed work instructions and complete production documentation accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support your team.
