Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Experience in high-volume, regulated production is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventative, planned and reactive maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure timely safe fixes.
• Report faults and improve processes following PPM.
• Undertake mechanical installations per regulatory requirements.
• Uphold Health & Safety in the working environment.
• Document activities in real time and accurately.

About the Company:

Duties Include:

• Carry out routine Preventative, planned and reactive works.
• Respond to any breakdowns and ensure that maintenance and corrective works are completed safely and in a timely manner.
• Be proactive in reporting faults following PPM.
• To undertake mechanical installations, work in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met and are within a safe working environment and are followed at all times.
• Appropriately use hand tools, equipment and machinery for any repairs or minor details for improvement.
• To work closely with all staff to ensure everything runs effectively of the machinery and equipment to ensure there is improvements all over.
• Ensure all documentation is filled out in real time and accurately.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a high-volume, regulated food production or related industry.
• Electrical Engineering Qualification is essential.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma environments is a plus.li>
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and deliver cost-effective design solutions
• Ability to work in a team environment.
