Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out complex mechanical tasks including Frame replacement and component replacement to manufacturer standards. Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with precision, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
  • Apply lean techniques to improve efficiency and streamline mechanical repair processes.
  • Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of repairs.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed in full compliance with vehicle manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Qualified Mechanic (A Must)
  • Main dealer experience essential
  • Proven mechanical experience in an automotive or similar technical environment.
  • Strong hands‑on skills in mechanical repairs, including dismantling, fitting, and assembly of components.
  • Experience working with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and process‑driven environments is advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of leading by example in achieving repair efficiency and quality targets.
  • Must have own tools (Tool Purchase Scheme available after 6 months).
  • Full valid driving license required.
