BioMarin is seeking a Material Planner for a 12-month contract in Cork, Ireland. The role ensures availability of raw material components to meet the production schedule across Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finish Goods Packaging Operations, within SAP ERP guidelines.

These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarin’s cutting‑edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.

Role
The primary role of the Material Planner is to ensure the availability of raw material components to meet the production schedule in Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finish Goods Packaging Operations. Ensure raw material components are planned, purchased and released within the guidelines established in the ERP SAP system. The Material Planner will play a key role in the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure optimal raw material coverage in line with the Master Production Schedule as well as product launch activities.
