We are located at the Central Park office in Leopardstown, Dublin’s premium business park. The facility offers an onsite gym, staff restaurant and coffee shop, and is easily accessible via the LUAS network and a shuttle service between Dublin City Centre and Central Park.
Global Fees and Billing, part of the Global Markets Shared Operations organization, offers an exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and growing global billing team responsible for managing a wide variety of third‑party billing for Global Markets Sales and Trading. The Billing team provides services across products, partnering with senior stakeholders from the Front Office, Business Management, Finance, Vendor Managers, Senior Operations Management, and more.
The Billing team supports Global Markets trading desks from Dublin. The role involves the recording, allocation and reporting of commissions, partnering across teams to create customer billing, and supporting clients as they navigate any charges incurred. You will learn about securities trade and settlement‑related fees and expense management at Bank of America and how the Fees and Billing team validates and monitors those expenses.
