This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take initiative, and solve problems independently. You'll work across the full marketing operations stack and directly contribute to driving commercial impact. This role will report directly to the Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager.

As AQMetrics continues its rapid growth and scaling, the need for a dedicated Marketing Operations Executive has become critical. This role directly supports our ambitious commercial targets to increase pipeline, revenue, and the volume of qualified leads. We require focused digital expertise to master our MarTech stack and manage the end‑to‑end lead flow and marketing‑to‑sales funnel. The successful candidate will ensure the technical foundation is robust, efficient, and directly linked to measurable business growth.
What you will do
Marketing operations and analytics
- Manage HubSpot CRM and automation, and its integration with Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and best practice
- Manage lead flow and the marketing‑to‑sales funnel, connecting outputs to pipeline and revenue
- Track, analyse, and report on weekly business development outcomes
- Help design and maintain dashboards and performance insights to ensure visibility of ROI
- Support outbound activities: assist the sales team with lead identification, list generation, data enrichment, campaign tools set‑up, and sequence execution
- Maintain an events and awards calendar, assess sponsorship opportunities, and support SEO‑related partnerships
Marketing delivery
- Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns, including paid ads
- Support social media efforts to grow organic following and engagement, including scheduling content
- Contribute to SEO: optimise titles, descriptions, and tags; research high‑ranking keywords and topics
- Support website management via WordPress
Projects and innovation
- Contribute to strategic marketing projects
- Research and pilot emerging digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency
- Maintain and clean marketing/CRM data to enable insight‑led campaigns
What you will be measured on
Funnel and revenue contribution
- Leads (MQLs) volume & quality: total leads generated, segmented by channel (paid, organic, etc.); conversion rate of inbounds to Sales leads
- Funnel conversion rates: visitor‑to‑lead conversion rate; lead‑to‑customer conversion rate
- Pipeline influence & velocity: marketing‑sourced pipeline/revenue
- Lead velocity rate (LVR): growth of qualified leads
Operational excellence
- Data completeness/accuracy: ensure high data integrity by tracking the percentage of critical fields filled for leads/contacts/accounts/opps
- System reliability: minimise critical errors in automations and data sync between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Campaign/workflow setup time: measuring the efficiency and speed of launching new campaigns or nurture sequences
Financial metrics: cost per lead; return on marketing/campaign investment.
Requirements
What you have
- 2‑3 years' experience in marketing or marketing/sales operations, ideally in professional services or SaaS
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier)
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting, with a focus on lead generation and business development outcomes
- Exposure to campaign management, paid media, and social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of SEO, website optimisation, and digital marketing best practices
- Tech‑savvy, curious, and eager to explore new tools and AI
- Commercially minded, always linking marketing activity to revenue impact
