Playrix is inviting ambitious newcomers to join its Marketing Creatives team for a paid internship in Ireland. Stage 1 lasts two months, with opportunities to continue into Stage 2 on a product team based on performance.

You will learn industry-standard tools (After Effects, Blender, Unity), explore AI-assisted workflows, brainstorm campaigns, and analyze results alongside experienced colleagues.

We are launching a Marketing Creator internship program.

As part of the internship, you'll join Playrix's Marketing Creatives team, one of the strongest teams not only in gaming but across the performance marketing industry. The team experiments with new formats, creates game creatives, and sets trends across the industry.

We are looking for talented people at the start of their careers who are eager to immerse themselves in their chosen field, develop their skills, and grow with the company. The internship is paid, and top performers will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix.

Tasks

Stage 1: Internship (2 months)

• You'll master the tools and processes our team uses—from the classics (After Effects, Blender, Unity) to AI tools.
• You'll brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends alongside the team.
• You'll create your own creatives under the guidance of experienced colleagues, using the tools you've learned.
• You'll analyze the performance of launched creatives with the team and pitch ideas for new iterations.

If you complete the internship successfully, you will move on to Stage 2: Probation period with a product team

• You'll start independently creating creatives for a specific product.
• You'll analyze launch results together with the team.
• You'll pitch ideas for new creatives and future iterations.

The most successful interns will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix!

Requirements

Experience in video production

Creative thinking and script-writing skills for video content

Experience with AI tools

An interest in game marketing, video advertising, and storytelling

Preferred

Experience with one of the following tools: After Effects, Blender, Unity

Relevant education (directing, animation, fine arts)

Experience creating game creatives or working on game projects
