Our client, an innovative global leader in the medical technology sector, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional with experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences to develop within a fast-growing multinational environment.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the integration of scientific content with marketing strategy, ensuring all promotional, educational, and digital materials are clinically accurate, compliant, and effective for healthcare and distributor audiences worldwide.

Permanent role with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate:
  • Support the creation, review, and localisation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social content, and training resources.
  • Coordinate with distributors and regional teams to ensure brand consistency across all markets.
  • Assist with the organisation and logistics of conferences, workshops, and scientific events.
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets across internal systems and portals.
  • Contribute to website content updates and ensure SEO alignment from a clinical perspective.
  • Collect and organise clinical studies, publications, and relevant scientific evidence.
  • Prepare scientific slide decks and literature summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliant messaging and up-to-date professional portal content.
  • Support distributor training through the coordination and dissemination of educational materials.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics, digital engagement, and clinical activity.
  • Manage shared inboxes, monitor recurring queries, and assist in developing improved communication tools and FAQs.
  • Monitor website and social media performance data and support digital campaign execution (newsletters, email updates, etc.).
  • Contribute to workflow improvement, version control, and quality assurance across all marketing materials.
  • Ensure distributor-facing assets remain current, accurate, and compliant.
Experience & Skills of the Marketing Associate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
  • 2–4 years’ experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare marketing (preferred).
  • Ability to travel several times a year is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/marketing platforms
  • Experience using design or content-creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Curious, analytical, and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with regulatory and scientific accuracy.
