  • Ensure equipment and systems meet legal, divisional, and corporate standards.
  • Maintain high safety standards and adhere to safe working practices.
  • Communicate effectively with plant management, corporate teams, and engineering.

We are currently recruiting for a Process Engineering Technician to join our team. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

Primary Function

Responsible for the hands‑on operation and maintenance of critical plant, utilities, and equipment. Maximise availability of FUE (Facilities, Utilities & Equipment) and carry out day‑to‑day preventative and demand maintenance activities. Support manufacturing, facilities, electrical systems, and associated processes. Ensure all critical plant services and processes are maintained to the highest standards. Oversee daily maintenance of Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) process skids and related equipment. Liaise with internal and external engineering personnel and contract maintenance providers for troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of equipment related to critical FUE or process equipment in manufacturing areas. Contribute to the Energy Management Programme and support initiatives to reduce energy usage and costs.

Major Responsibilities

Ensure equipment and systems meet legal, divisional, and corporate standards. Maintain high safety standards and adhere to safe working practices. Communicate effectively with plant management, corporate teams, and divisional engineering.

Education

A relevant third‑level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, or a recognised trade qualification with relevant experience, is required to support the responsibilities of this role with a minimum of 3years experience in a similar role. Experience working within a regulated environment would be an advantage.

Hours of Work

4 consecutive days comprising of 2 days and 2 nights and 4 consecutive days off between shifts. Days - 7am to 7pm. Nights - 7pm to 7am. Please note any offer of employment for this position isconditional upon the successful completionof a pre‑employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening, conducted by a medical practitioner designated by the Company. The base pay for this position is N/A. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
