Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire in Dublin invites applications for a Manufacturing Manager - Manufacturing Support. You will oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), Life Cycle Management (LCM) changes and major CAPEX projects for Formulation and Aseptic Filling, ensuring GMP compliance.

The role leads a team of Operations Leads, coordinates across functions, mentors staff, and delivers project plans aligned with site objectives. Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong GMP and other applicable GxP knowledge.
• Experience working in cross functional teams on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resources and training models to meet project targets and staffing needs.
• Build collaborative relationships within the team and with other departments.
• Coach and develop Operations Leads and promote safety culture.
• Deliver project plans in line with manufacturing and project requirements.
• Communicate relevant information to peers, operators, cross functional teams and senior management.
• Act as a delegate for the Senior Manager Manufacturing when required.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Support quality system investigations to protect product quality and patient safety.
• Contribute to audits by regulatory bodies and ensure timely corrective actions.
