Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related Science required (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Production Engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years in a regulated manufacturing environment with 5+ years in a leadership/management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams, including recruitment, resource planning, performance management, mentoring, and development.
• Develop engineering capability and SME to support strategic manufacturing initiatives and production requirements.
• Set and monitor targets for quality, service, labor efficiency, yield, and spend; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and structured problem-solving to improve performance, efficiency, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to meet objectives and resolve production challenges.
• Interface with Process Development to ensure new products/processes are introduced on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee departmental budgets and capex, including technology selection and equipment investments.
• Lead process and equipment validation in line with quality management system requirements.
