Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance our production operations. In this role, you will develop and optimise manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate across multiple teams to support innovation, maintain compliance, and help shape future production capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Create and maintain standard work instructions and ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFMA).
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to meet product and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and uphold ISO 13485, GMP compliance, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Analyse production costs, timeframes, and workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate and enhance quality control processes to meet industry standards.
  • Review production data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure uptime.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, CAD/CAM tools, robotics, and automation.
  • Experience with FMEA, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and new product introduction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and reporting.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Ability to work onsite full‑time with occasional travel to suppliers or customers.
