Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland seeks a manufacturing operator to support end-to-end production for Fed Batch and Continuous Manufacturing. You will operate equipment per electronic batch records, sampling plans and SOPs, with a focus on safety and compliance on-site.

Flexibility to support weekend or out-of-hours work is required, and you may assist with batch records, work instructions and SOPs as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate
• Level 6 qualification in a science or engineering discipline desired.
• 2+ years experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with contamination control and batch release requirements.
• Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, Pas X, and the use of Automation in a manufacturing process.
• Experience with various SingleUse technologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Upstream and Downstream Unit Operations for mAb manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all work activities with a strict adherence to the safety and compliance culture on site.
• Support the Authoring of electronic batch records, sampling plans, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplined, diverse and dedicated process team where flexibility and teamwork are an essential requirement.

Job description

• Pay rate: €18.29 per hour, plus a 33.33% shift allowance.
• It is a shift role – 4 shift cycle (12 hours shifts, 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am - 5 shifts in 1 week and 2 the next one)

The ideal candidate would typically have prior related work experience; ideally in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting.
