You will have solid finance and financial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience: Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA is a plus. Significant experience in finance management, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
Desirable experience: Understanding in US government accounting. Good knowledge of fringe benefit calculations. Understanding in Intercompany invoice issues handling Balance sheet reconciliation and clearance Preparing and posting Month end journals .
