Job summary

Parva Consulting in Dublin seeks a dynamic Manager to drive strategic initiatives for high-profile clients. You will oversee complex projects, defining work plans, KPIs, and risk mitigation while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining executive relationships.

You will lead meetings with senior client leaders, map processes, and design operating models to improve efficiency. Strong leadership and outstanding communication are essential to mentor peers and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 7+ years of proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, resources and timelines.
• Experience with large datasets: cleaning, transforming, analyzing and extracting insights.
• Knowledge of Financial Services processes and products, especially Asset Management, Banking, Insurance or Securities Services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team-motivation capabilities.
• English fluency; Italian working proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple strategic client projects with work plan development and KPI definition.
• Manage resources and risk mitigation across initiatives.
• Define process maps, improvements and target operating models to boost efficiency.
• Lead steering meetings with senior client leaders and manage stakeholder relations.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Experience: 7+ years of proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, resources, and timelines; familiarity with manipulating large datasets, cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and extracting insights efficiently; sound knowledge of processes, products and services within Financial Services, especially Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, or Securities Services.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights ad recommendations clearly and persuasively, to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
• Relationship Building: Strong ability to foster trust-based, long-term relationships across all organizational levels through integrity, accountability and top-notch personal and team delivery
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and motivating team members.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English, professional working proficiency in Italian is nice-to-have

Your impact:

• Coordinating Strategic Projects: Simultaneously manage multiple strategic client projects, including work plan development, KPI definition, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Process Optimization: Define Process Mapping, Process Improvements, Target Operating Models, as well as KPIs and SLAs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leading Meetings: Organize and lead strategic meetings, including SteerCos with senior client leaders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Business Development: Support business development efforts, including the preparation of RFPs and other client proposals.
• Training and coaching others: Contribute to team growth by providing on-the-job coaching and leading training sessions to support colleagues' professional development.
