Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies seeks a skilled make-up artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers in Dublin. You will join a high-performing team, support in-store events, and help uphold premium visual merchandising standards to stand out from competitors.

Cosmetic artistry certification is desirable, but applications with amateur experience and strong creative/technical skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• A qualification in make-up artistry/retail make up preferred, amateur level welcome if you demonstrate high creative and technical expertise
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail POS software
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience educating and delighting customers
• Participate in in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the store from competitors
