Job summary

Egis Road and Tunnel Operation Ireland (ERTO) is based in Dublin and manages operation and maintenance for Dublin and Jack Lynch tunnels and MTCC. The role, based at Jack Lynch Tunnel, covers electrical and mechanical systems, records, and coordination with contractors.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified electrician with 5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician, strong Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and familiarity with civil systems; join a safety-focused team aligned with ISO

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician.
• Fully qualified electrician.
• Computer literacy – Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Experience in civil systems preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Manage records and documentation of maintenance activities in the Maintenance Management System.
• Attend and manage tunnel closures and supervise contractors during maintenance operations.
• Assist in equipment upgrades and project management to improve reliability.
• Provide on-call cover for out-of-hours maintenance activities.
• Operate SCADA and Building Management Systems to control electromechanical systems.
