• 1 Years’ previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience of with people with additional and/or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair orders for general repair as requested.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs.
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
• Maintain adequate levels of spares, stock and supplies.
• Participate in a rotational on call system.
