Maintenance Supervisor – FMCG Manufacturing (Co. Monaghan)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a leading FMCG facility in Co. Monaghan. You will lead a frontline technical team to ensure maximum uptime and safety across high-speed production and packaging lines.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage a multi-skilled team of technicians, including rotas and performance.

• Operational Reliability: Lead rapid responses to equipment breakdowns on high-speed machinery.

• PPM & Assets: Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule and use OEE data to drive long-term reliability.

• Contractors: Coordinate external service engineers during major overhauls or installations.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities meet HACCP/BRC hygiene standards and site safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Trade Qualification (Electrical/Mechanical) or a Level 7 Engineering degree.

• Experience: 5+ years in a maintenance role within FMCG, Food, or Pharma, with supervisory experience.

• Technical Skills: Multi-skilled troubleshooting ability and familiarity with PLC-controlled systems.

• Attributes: Strong decision-making skills under pressure and excellent communication.

Compensation

• Salary Range: €55,000 – €65,000 per annum.
