Job summary

Women's Community Project (Mullingar) Association CLG is offering a developmental placement at the Parish Community Centre in Mullingar. The role involves assisting with general maintenance, groundskeeping and room setup, with accredited training provided.

The position works approximately 19.5 hours per week, commencing early mornings Monday to Friday, with progression toward a QQI Major Award. Applicants must be 21+ or meet CE eligibility criteria; Garda vetting will be required.

Qualifications

• This is a developmental opportunity; no experience required.
• Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
• 21+ or long-term welfare recipient eligibility may apply under CE guidelines.
• All training costs are funded 100% through the programme.

Responsibilities

• Assist with General Maintenance of the Parish Centre / childcare facility and surrounding grounds.
• Open the centre at 8am Mon to Fri and maintain a security presence.
• Keep grounds clean and tidy: weeding, shrubs, painting, and room bookings setup.
