Responsibilities

• Maintain premises, furniture, equipment and fittings; oversee buildings maintenance.
• Carry out painting and renovation work as required to keep the centre in good repair.
• Keep grounds tidy, cut grass and prevent litter in playgrounds and communal areas.
• Identify shrubs to trim and maintain hedges to ensure no hazards.
• Weed flowerbeds and pathways; perform internal maintenance and cleaning.
• Power wash buildings and grounds; steam floors and furniture.
