Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant Manager to lead the Accommodation and Central Buildings maintenance teams. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee daily tasks, coordinate trades, and ensure spaces are safe, functional and welcoming for guests and team members.

Maintenance Assistant Manager

Longford Forest | Circa €51,200 per annum

We're looking for a proactive and supportive Maintenance Assistant Manager to help ensure the smooth running of our Accommodation and Central Buildings maintenance departments. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our spaces safe, functional and welcoming for both guests and team members.

• Overseeing daily maintenance tasks and team coordination
• Communicating with internal teams to plan and respond to maintenance needs
• Supporting training, performance monitoring, and team development
• Managing time and attendance systems to keep operations efficient

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
