Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Dublin is seeking a stylist to provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service while achieving customer service and sales targets. You will create a unique in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers, and collaborate with the team to meet prestige beauty standards.

Ideal candidates have makeup artistry experience or strong creative/technical makeup skills, and can work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry/retail makeup experience preferred; amateurs with high creativity considered.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
