Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory maintenance role (hotel, resort, or similar).
• Strong hands-on maintenance skills across multiple disciplines.
• Availability to work five days over seven, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resort Maintenance Manager in implementing and monitoring an effective resort‑wide maintenance system.
• Lead the completion of all daily maintenance tasks and ensure they are accurately recorded.
• Ensure all team members follow safe working procedures and comply with Health & Safety legislation.
