Job Description

Real Brasil are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising all logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient flow of goods and seamless operations across the business. This role is essential to our operations and contributes directly to improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting business growth.

Coordinate day-to-day logistics, warehouse, and distribution activities. Manage inventory levels, stock forecasting, and replenishment planning. Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation. Analyse supply chain data to identify gaps, delays, and optimisation opportunities. Ensure compliance with Irish and EU logistics regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on logistics performance and KPIs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and procurement processes.
