We, at The Gateway Hotel, are now looking for a reliable Linen Porter to join our friendly Housekeeping Department. In this essential role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean linens and guest supplies to housekeepers on all floors.
  • Collect soiled linens from guest rooms and ensure proper sorting and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of linens and guest supplies.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of laundry deliveries.
  • Keep linen closets and storage areas clean and organised.
  • Report any damaged or missing linens to the Accommodation Manager.
  • May be required to perform light cleaning duties in public areas.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly and professionally to requests.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
